Bank of Kigali Plc (BK) would like to invite bids from suppliers for the supply of stationary and various office equipment grouped in LOTS as follows;
1. LOT 1: Stationary

Submission procedure
Technical specifications for the above mentioned items in Lots will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 21/03/2022. Interested bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 11th/04/2022 3:30 PM and bids should be submitted on a link that will be shared with interested bidders.

 Please submit your price quotes in Rwandese Francs on full LOT. Provide delivery period and warranty terms. Preselected bidders shall be required to submit samples on LOTs quoted for. Selected best bidders shall be
required to maintain submitted price offers for a period of 12 months and note that the requested quantities
mentioned in the technical specifications may be increased.

Conditions for bidding
1. Valid RSSB Clearance certificate
2. Valid RRA Tax Clearance certificate
3. Company registration certificate from RDB
4. At least three (3) performance certificates for similar services with a value of at least 50 Million RWF each certificate.
