This tender is quality and cost based selection, therefore, the prospective bidder will undergo a post qualification exercise before the tender award. 

The prospective bidders will obtain the tender document from Umwalimu SACCO Head office Street Nº: KG 205 ^ST with effect from 23/6/2023 within working hours upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of  Ten thousand Rwandan francs (Frw 10,000) on account Nº. 010-5008448- 01- 86 of UMWALIMU SACCO opened in I&M Bank. 

A well-detailed bid containing one original copy and two other copies with a mention of the outer envelope “Supply of motorcycles and accessories” shall be presented to the secretariat of Umwalimu SACCO at the Head Office in a sealed envelope addressed to the Director General of Umwalimu SACCO, P.O BOX 2257 KIGALI, Street No KG205^ST,  E-mail: umwalimu.sacco@umwalimusacco.rw , Tel :+( 250)781469546  no later than 14/07/2023 at 10:00 AM Local time. The public opening of the bids shall be held on the same day at 10:30 AM Local time in the Umwalimu SACCO Conference room. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
