King Faisal Hospital Rwanda Foundation (KFHRF), in collaboration with King Faisal Hospital Rwanda as its beneficiary, is now seeks eligible and qualified bidders to supply of materials needed for safe abortion and Sexual Reproductive Health. Hence therefore, KFHRF hereby invites these qualified suppliers to submit their bids for the supply of:

• Lot 1: Provisions needed for safe abortion and sexual reproductive health
• Lot 2: Plastic surgery instruments

Eligible proposals must include the following information to be considered:

• Bid submission letter;
• Specification of the maximum time for delivery;
• Validity of the offer;
• Copy of the company’s tax clearance certificate, VAT registration, RSSB clearance and trading license
• 3 certificates of good completion of the similar work
• Technical proposal, with specifications of the items available
• Fill the compliance sheet
• Financial Proposal, with a breakdown of all costs

Proposals should be submitted in English, offers in Rwandan francs, addressed to the Executive Secretary, and submitted by email to kara.neil@kfhkigali.com  with rutavogerwa.j@kfhkigali.com, macalijr@gmail.com  in copy by Friday, June 30^th, 2023 at 2:00 PM  Central Africa Time (CAT).

Attached to this invitation are the technical specifications of the needed materials.
