1.The Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL) hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for sub- mitting their best offers for Supply of IT Equipment under frame work contract for the Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL) as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.

2.The tender is comprised by four (4) lots below and the participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field. The duration of contract will be one year renewable twice based on performance.

Lot 1: Computers and servers, Lot 2: Printers and racks, Lot 3: Maintenance Parts and Network wiring Accessories and Lot 4: Optical fibre optic cable and accessories

3.Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the Procurement User Manual of REG as updated to date,

4.Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm at EUCL Head- quarter, 1st Floor, Room N° G114, in the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management of EUCL, PO Box 5634 Kigali. E-mail: procurement-eucl@eucl.reg.rw, upon presentation of a proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 Frw) deposited to Account N° 2001161020000121 opened at NCBA Bank.

5.Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in four copies one of which is the original must reach the Secretariat of the Procurement Management at the address mentioned below not later than 13/12/2023 at 10:00 am. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

6.Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at EUCL main board room on 13/12/2023 at 10:30 am.

7.All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2,500,000 Frw for Lot 1(Computers and servers), 300,000 Frw for Lot 2 (Printers and racks), 800,000 Frw for Lot 3 (Maintenance Parts and Network wiring Accessories) and 2,000,000 Frw for Lot 4 (Optical fibre optic cable and accessories).

8.The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of bids submission. Done at Kigali, 47/41.2023
