RwandAir (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) has got funds from its ordinary budget and intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

RwandAir invites eligible bidders to submit bids for supply of inflight items as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.

Tender Documents in English may be obtained from RwandAir procurement office via an email: procurement@rwandair.com upon request. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the Senior Manager Procurement RwandAir at the email: procurement@rwandair.com

All bids “shall not be accompanied by a “Bid Security” as appropriate.

Well-printed bids, presented in one original hard copy must reach RwandAir Procurement office, Kigali International Airport Main Building, Top Floor, not later than May 14^th 2024 at 11:00 am Kigali time. Late bids will be rejected.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at RwandAir head office, Kigali International Airport Main Building, Top Floor, on May 14^th 2024 at 11:30am local time. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the RwandAir Procurement Policy and Procedure manual as amended to date.
