• All the quotations should be submitted in sealed envelopes with the following mentions: “RFQ 2023/06/IT/Log/014 for supply of  IT equipements (Laptop, Desk top, Tablets and POS machines) and submit it at the bank’s reception  head office located at , Plot 428, KG5 RD, UMUYENZI PLAZA, Remera Sector,Gasabo, Tel. +250 788173100,  Website: urwegobank.com;
• The bidder / company is requested to mention his address too in  the corner  side of the same envelope
• Urwego Bank will give tender notification award according to cheapest price per LOT
• The bidder should present the partennership with of one of following vendor HP or Lenovo atleast
• The quotations received, and acknowledged at the HO, will be opened and analyzed for selection by the Bank Tender Committee Members who will thereafter inform each bidder of the selection decision.
• The quotations should include a copy of RDB certificate and  Note that the bidder should be in the field tying with this present tender, the VAT certificate, and should include  2 completion certificates from a reputable company for supply mentioned IT equipement
• Descriptions and specifications for each item is on attached document.
• Payment will be processed after acceptance and checking the functionality of each item delivered
• Deadline for submission: 27/06/2023 at 3:00 PM.
