TENDER NOTICE

Title of the Tender: Supply of 110Kv Cable Termination Kits REF: 11.07.022/850/G/NCB/2023-2024/EUCL-TRANS-PROC/CG/IM/RR/31

1. The Energy Utility Corporation Limited (hereinafter called "Client") funded by his ordinary budget towards the cost of Supply of 110Kv Cable Termination kits. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

2. The Energy Utility Corporation Limited invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the supply of 110Kv cable Termination Kits as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.

3. Tender Documents in English may be obtained any working day from 03/6/2024 from 9:00 am to 5:00pm at EUCL Headquarters, KN82 ST Nyarugenge District, 1st Floor, Room NO G114, the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management of EUCL, Tel.(+250), Email:procurementeucl@eucl.reg.rw upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand (10,000Rwf) Rwandan Francs to Account N° 25044962001 opened at I&M Bank, Rwanda.

4. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2,500,000 Rwf. Issued by a reputable financial institution recognized in Rwanda with validity of 150 days from the submission date.

Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in two copies one of which is the original must reach the Secretariat of the procurement Management at the address mentioned above Not later than 26/06/2024 at 10:00 a.m. Late bids and electronic bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at EUCL main board room on 26/06/2024 at 10:30 am Local time.

8. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.

9. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the REG Procurement procedures manual. Done on 30/05/2024.
