Duhamic-Adri Public Tender Notice
DUHAMIC-ADRI hereby invites national tenders for “SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF CONTAINER” in the compound of DUHAMIC-TRAINING CENTER (DTC) located at GAHANGA in KICUKIRO District. Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in this field with a valid trading license.
The technical proposal will include:
• Letter addressed to DUHAMIC-ADRI explaining that the bidder has well understood the needs
• Certificate of registration issued by Rwanda Development Board (RDB) mentioning the company involvement in construction activities
• Valid tax clearance certificate from Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA);
• Valid certificate of RSSB contribution
• The proof of use of EBM
• Three (3) recent certificates of good completion of construction activities, if have been established rehabilitation of water sources will be an added value
• A proof or contract of Credit line of Twenty million Rwandan Francs (20,000,000 FRW)

The financial proposal will include a proforma invoice to supply the specific container and the related cost for installation. Unit prices and total prices should be in Rwandan francs and taxes should be included.
A compulsory site visit will be conducted by the Representatives of bidding companies/enterprises at DUHAMIC-TRAINING CENTER (DTC) located at Gahanga in Kicukiro District on 19th September 2022 at 1:00 PM.
Well-prepared bids written in English language and properly bound presented in two copies of which, an original and one copy should reach DUHAMIC-ADRI Head office located in Niboye Sector, Kicukiro District at the latest Thursday on September 22nd, 2022 at 11:00 AM. Late bids will not be received.
The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on the same day at 11:30 AM at DUHAMIC-ADRI conference room.
