African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE-Rwanda) is looking for potential bidders to supply TVET Start-up Kits for beneficiaries supported by AEE. The needed materials are in two LOTS and are specified in the bid document.

Tender document for more details is available at AEE-Rwanda Head Office located at KG 201 Street 46, Remera Sector, Gasabo District.
Well bound and sealed bids presented in two copies of which one is original should be sent to AEE-Rwanda Head Office, not later than 26th May, 2022 at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected. Public bids opening session will be held at AEE-Rwanda Head Office the same day at 10:10 am.

Bids must include: Financial proposal including VAT, delivery period, EBM registration certificate, RDB certificate, VAT certificate, RSSB Certificate, Tax Clearance and Performance letters/ Letters of successful completion from three companies/institutions for supplying the same or related items, Company Financial audit report of three consecutive years from 2019, 2020 and 2021, Income taxes declaration of 2021 if not yet available, 2020 is also valid.
