1. The Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL) hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for submitting their best offers for the tender for "Supply of Various Electrical Materials under Framework Agreement for a Period of Two Years, Renewable Once" as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.
2. The tender comprises of three (3) Lots mentioned below and the participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field. Bidders are allowed to bid for all the lots, evaluation shall be done on item by item basis. The said lots are as follows;

3. Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at EUCL Headquarter, KN82 ST Nyarugenge District, 1" Floor, Room No G114, the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management of EUCL, E-mail: procurement-eucl@eucl.reg.rw, gyemukama@eucl.reg.rw upon presentation of a proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Fifteen thousand Rwandan Francs (15,000 Frw) deposited to Account N° 25044962001 opened at I & M Bank, Rwanda, or Fifteen United states dollars (15 USD) deposited on account N 0004000691030-35 (USD) opened at Bank of Kigali (BK) with Code IBAN: RW 40000400069103035003.
4. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in two copies one of which is the original must reach the nt Management at the address mentioned below not later than 30/06/2022 at 10:00 am. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. The bids should be well sealed and addressed to the following address:

5. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at EUCL main board room on 30/06/2022 at 10:30am.
6. Bids well typed, appropriately bound and presented in four copies (one original and three copies) must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of Five Million Rwandan Francs (5,000,000 Rwf) or Five Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifteen US Dollars (USD 5,815) issued by a recognized Financial Institution recognized by the National Bank of Rwanda for EACH LOT. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender number and title.
