The vehicle to be covered by a Comprehensive Insurance Policy (Omnium Insurance Policy) at the moment of delivery;

The vehicle must be delivered with a full set of new Tyres;

The vehicle must be delivered without any scratch on its body

The supplier will provide a warranty of at least 15 months for any manufacturing default.

The Vehicle must be delivered along with its original user manual

The vehicle must be delivered along with its valid Certificate of moto vehicle inspection.

The Client shall make inspection of the vehicle not later than 2 days after the tender award and before the contract signing to ensure the vehicle to be supplied meet the above requirements.

The Client reserves the right to cancel the tender award should the vehicle fail to meet the set technical specifications. The Client may award the tender to the next bidder should his/her financial proposal meets the Client’s budget.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

The vehicle must be delivered within 10 calendar days maximum after the contract signing and purchase order is delivered by the Client.
