TITLE: supply and installation of various office furniture in BDF Branch Offices

CLIENT: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT FUND (BDF)

SOURCE OF FUND: BDF

Business Development Fund (BDF) hereby invites qualified bidders for supply and installation of various office furniture in BDF Branch Offices. Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all eligible companies specialized in the field with a valid trading license.

The tender consists of one indivisible lot.

Tender Document may be obtained by lodging a request to “procurementbdf@bdf.rw” with presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 Frw) deposited to the account N° 040-0335373-77 of BRD DEVELOPMENT FUND (BDF) opened at Bank of Kigali (BK); (only soft copy of tender document will be shared due to measures against COVID 19).

All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of 2,000,000Frw from recognized commercial banks. The bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period.

Submission Procedure

Well printed bids written in French or English, properly bound and presented in three (3) copies of which, an Original and two (2) copies must reach, in sealed envelopes, the BDF Head Office located at M PEACE PLAZA, 5th Floor (Central Town) not later than 20/07/2021 at 3:00 p.m. prompt local time. Late bids will be strictly rejected.

The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline for their submission.

The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on the same day at 3:30 p.m prompt local time at BDF Conference room
