1. Broadband Systems Corporation BSC Plc is a licensed Internet Service Provider (ISP) that is incorporated under the laws and regulations of the Republic of Rwanda. The company is engaged in the business of providing advanced Information and Communication Technology (“ICT”) services based on broadband connectivity.
2. BSC Plc invites qualified bidders to submit bids for the SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SMART PDUS, BATTERIES AND INVERTERS. The tender is divisible.
3. Participation to this tender is open on equal conditions to all companies specialised in the field and qualifying bidder must present the following documents and requirements in their bids;
4. Bid submission form and price schedules well printed and properly organized.
5. Copy of Valid registration certificate.
• Original or certified copy of clearance certificate for Rwanda Social Security Board.
