TENDER TITLE: SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF MARKETING AND BRANDING COLLATERALS

INVITATION TO TENDER No 22/FRWA/ADMIN/BK/SP/06/04/2023

Bank of Kigali Plc would like contract suppliers under a 1-year framework contract renewable for the supply and installation of marketing and branding collaterals used in day to day marketing activities. BK Plc hereby invites eligible local suppliers to tender for the above mentioned items grouped in following Lots,

LOT 1: Printing materials

LOT 2: Branding materials

LOT 3: Signages

LOT 4: Promotional materials

Technical specifications and details for the above mentioned items grouped in Lots will be sent to email of interested bidders from the 14/04/2023. Interested bidders should express their interest via email on procurement@bk.rw

Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 28 /04/2023 at 3:30pm and bids will be submitted online a link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandese Francs and the proposed rates for the above mentioned LOTS should be valid for 1 year. Please specify a delivery and warranty period. Preselected bidders will be required to submit samples for the technical evaluation process immediately after bids submission.

Interested bidders should also submit the following documents -RDB Company registration certificate

-Valid RRA Tax Clearance Certificate

-Valid RSSB Clearance Certificate

-Proof of financial capacity to supply the above mentioned items -Performance Certificates to prove similar services provided elsewhere
