1. The Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL) hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for submitting their best offers for Supply and Installation of one Luggage Scanner, one Walk through Metal Detector and Accessories as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements

2. The tender is composed of one (1) lot and participation is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the Procurement User Manual of REG as updated to date.

3. Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day starting from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm at EUCL Headquarter, KN82 ST Nyarugenge District, 1" Floor, Room N° G114, the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management of EUCL, E-mail: procurement-eucl@eucl.reg.rw, onizeyimana@eucl.reg.rw  upon presentation of a proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 Frw) deposited to Account N° 25044962001 opened at I & M Bank, Rwanda

4. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in two copies one of which is the original must reach the Secretariat of the Procurement Management at the address mentioned above not later than 02/03/2023 at 10:00 am. Late bids and electronics bids will be rejected and returned unopened. The bids should be well sealed and addressed to the following address:

5. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at EUCL main board room on 02/03/2023 at 10:30am.

6. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 900,000 Frw issued by a reputable financial institution recognized in Rwanda with validity of 150 days from the submission date.

7. The bids shall remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of bids submission.

8. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.
