TENDER NOTICE

034/AEE/PROC.LOG.ADMIN/05/2023 

African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE-Rwanda) is looking for potential and qualified companies to supply Agriculture and Animal Health Equipment/Materials for 3 (Agriculture Technical and Vocational Education Training Schools - ATVETs) and 3 FTCs (Farmer Training Centers) supported by AEE-Rwanda in Nyaruguru, Gatsibo and Bugesera District. The details of the scope of work to be carried out at the sites are detailed in Tender Document which is provided after presenting payment slip of non-refundable 10,000 RWF on bank account number 00040-00047325-22 RWF / AEE-Rwanda in Bank of Kigali.

Well bound and sealed bids presented in two copies (original and copy) should be sent to AEE-Rwanda Head Office at Gishushu (opposite Gasabo District Office) no later than June 8^th, 2023 at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected. Public bids opening session will be held at AEE-Rwanda Head Office the same day at 10:20 am.   

Bids must include: Cover letter, Financial proposal and notarized certificates of administrative documents (RDB certificate, VAT certificate, Tax Clearance), proof of EBM Usage, Performance letters/ Letters of successful completion from three companies/Organizations).
