Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Medical equipment and devices for PIH Nutrition, NCD and MCH programsPartners In Health (PIH) is a nonprofit organization with its headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts, whose mission is to provide quality health care for poor and most in need populations around the world. Since 2005, the Ministry of Health in Rwanda has worked with PIH Rwanda, also known as Inshuti Mu Buzima, to improve the quality of care in the country and increase health care access for Rwanda most in need populations. PIH/IMB have since helped to bring high-quality health care to three districts namely: Kayonza, Burera and Kirehe.
Partners In Health / Inshuti Mu Buzima is seeking for proposals from qualified and authorized suppliers / vendors for the acquisition of Medical equipment and devices as per Terms of References (ToRs) and items specifications found on the PIH link indicated below.

https://pih-imb.org.rw/eprocurement/index.php) starting from April 5th to 15th 2023.
Interested, qualified and authorized bidders should submit their proposals bearing the following requirements:
Compulsory documents are as follows:
• Valid Premise license to operate as wholesale obtained from Rwanda FDA
• Valid RRA tax clearance or proof of RRA certificate request in process
• Not being under blacklisted vendor list by Rwanda Public Procurement Authority (RPPA) nor Partners In Health.
Administrative requirement:
• A soft and workable excel copy of technical and financial offer (Schedule of requirement) will be needed/ electronically submitted with other offer documents.

• The bidder financial offer shall include all applicable charges up to final destination-Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)-PIH designated Delivery & installation site

• The bidder must provide clear information on terms and conditions of Payment.
• The offer validity shall not be lower than 90 calendar days from the day of the bids submission.

Special Notes: (1) There is no fee paid to obtain the Tender document.
(2) The tender award will take into consideration the best offer technically and financially as per each proposed commodity
(3) Partners In Health is not obligated to purchase or to pay for any costs incurred by the bidder in preparation of his/her proposal in response to this tender notice.
(4) Proposals will be evaluated on the greatest overall fulfilment of technical specifications and technical requirements of each proposed commodity & PIH applied most benefiting economic advantages.
