Our facility management portfolio has been growing over the years and has expanded to include the management of different exquisite properties not only in Kigali but also in the provinces. UDL manages seven commercial properties and two residential properties on behalf of Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB).

2. The objective of this Letter of Invitation (LOI) is to seek the services of competent suppliers with competence in the supply and installation of firefighting systems to supply, install, Train and Commission Firefighting pump sets in all RSSB buildings under UDL management.
3. This Letter of Invitation is addressed to all competent companies with vast experience in the area of Fire firefighting pump sets installation. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB).
4. All competent bidders interested in this tender must participate in the organized sites visit to appreciate the scope of this service work as follow:
   • Monday 18 December, 2023 at 11:30 AM local time: Nyanza Pension Plaza
   • Tuesday 19 December, 2023 at 11:30 AM local time: Karongi Pension Plaza
   • Wednesday 20 December, 2023 at 11:30 AM local time: Musanze Pension Plaza
   • Thursday  21 December, 2023 at 11:30 AM local time: Rwamagana Pension Plaza
   • Friday 22 December, 2023 at 10 AM local time: RSSB Twin Towers, Grand Pension Plaza, Kiyovu house, Nyarutarama house and Kacyiru Executive Apartment. 
5. Interested Bidders who have participated in the scheduled site visits shall purchase the Tender Document at a fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 RWF) via Ultimate Developers Ltd’s Account Number open in Bank of Kigali, Account Number: 00048-00394853-25 in the names of Ultimate Developers Ltd, obtain the Tender Document either physically or via email: procurement@udl.rw, and may obtain further information on the Tender Documents at UDL Head Office (Address below) during office hours 08:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m. Local Time:

6. Well typed bids (and support technical documents – catalogues –technical specifications, etc) written in English, clearly marked with the Tender Title and tender reference number shall be deposited in sealed envelopes at the Procurement Office of UDL not later than 29/12/2023 at 10:00 a.m. local time (8:00 a.m. GMT). 
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on 29/12/2023 at 10:30 a.m. local time (08:30 a.m. GMT) in the Board Room of UDL HQ, 9th Floor /RSSB Building – Tower II. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days after the Deadline for Bid Submission prescribed above.
8. Detailed technical specifications and quantities and other qualification criteria required are found in the Section on Bid Data Sheet.
9. The procurement process shall be done in compliance with the UDL Procurement Policy and Procedures Manual.
