STATEMENT OF COLLABORATION IN PRIMARY CLINICAL MANAGEMENT

The management of Society for Family Health (SFH)/Rwanda in collaboration with the Regions shown in the attachment (see list attached), informs nurses, midwives, and clinical officers  at  the level of A1/A0 who are willing and able that there are primary clinics of the second level ( Second Generation  Health Posts ) that want to give to the private sector in the Public Private Community Partnership Model  ( PPCP ) program  .

Applicants for this second-level primary care clinic (maternity  services , dental  services  and  ophthalmology services ) must meet the following requirements:

• Being a Rwandan;
• Having at least an A1 level qualification;
• Having a license to practice ;
• The fact that he has at least 3 years of work experience as evidenced by a certificate from the last employer and that he does not work elsewhere in the State Hospital;
• He must be able to hire the following staff: nurse (1), midwife (1) and laboratory technician (1).

For clinics that provide dental and oral care (dental service) and eye care (ophthalmology services); must have the ability to hire a (1) dental therapist and (1) an ophthalmology technician;

• He must have sufficient computer skills;
• Being prepared to manage the clinic properly, and to hire all the necessary staff mentioned above;
• He must have at least three million (3,000,000Frw) to help him start medical activities.

The clinics in question are shown in the following appendix.

Those who meet the requirements and are interested, are requested to send the following to SFH Rwanda's email at  hr@sfhrwanda.org  no later than  05/09/2023 at 5:00 PM (5:00 PM) : 

• A letter addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of SFH indicating the level of the Secondary Primary Care Hospital in which he/she is applying.
• Profile (CV)
• Fotokopi ya diploma.
• Photocopy of ID.
• A photocopy of the document (license) that allows him to practice the medical profession issued by the Association authorized in Rwanda.
• Employer/employer's certificate showing work experience.
• End User Agreement.
• A bank statement shows that he has at least three million in his account (3,000,000 Frw).

Note : After reviewing the application, those found to meet the requirements will be invited.
