TITLE: SELLING OF SLUDGE FROM POWER PLANTS UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACT

Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL) invite qualified and interested parties to participate in a tender for the purchase of used lube oil sludge generated from our power plants. This byproduct, known for its potential in various applications, presents an opportunity for environmentally conscious companies to acquire a valuable

Product: Used Lube Oil Sludge

Quantity: The Quantity is estimated to be 60 Drums per Month

Origin: From different Power Plants, the principal one is Jabana 20MW

Packaging: Packaged in Drums of 200 Liters

Submission Requirements:

- A cover letter expressing your company's interest in purchasing the used lube oil sludge;

- Copy of company registration certificate by Rwanda Development Board (RDB);

- Relevant certifications or compliance documents from Rwanda Environmental Management Authority (REMA) authorizing to collect used oil/sludge;

- Details of your company's experience in handling similar materials or your intended use for the sludge;

- Proposed quantity and price per unit;

- Contact details for your company's representative.

Site Visits:

Interested parties may request a site visit to inspect the quality and quantity of the used lube oil sludge. For clar- ifications, you can contact Procurement office at procurement-eucl@eucl.reg.rw

Terms and Conditions:

- The purchaser shall always pay within two days after notification of the available quantities and take the paid quantities within two days following the payment date;

- The purchaser shall always submit the payment proof in procurement office for reception and approval for taking the paid quantities of wast/sludge.

Bid Opening:

Well printed bids, must reach the Secretariat of the Procurement Management at EUCL not later than 13/12/2023 at 10:00 am.
