JOB DETAILS:
Overcoming the tragedy of 1994, Rwanda has successfully continued its journey of national reconciliation and economic development. Today, Rwanda attracts the world’s attention with its remarkable socio-economic achievements and development potential. For years, the most noticeable area of the bilateral relationship has been development cooperation, which has focus on the field of rural development, education and ICT. Many volunteers from the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), and a number of NGOs are currently working throughout Rwanda with passion and devotion. Korea and Rwanda have also been closely cooperating in establishing a nationwide 4G/LTE network across Rwanda. Through this exemplary public-private partnership between the two countries, Rwanda’s thousand hills are now more connected than ever. .
Job Responsibilities:
• Arrangement of meetings, public events, and other scheduling for the Ambassador and other Diplomats at the Embassy
• Communication with the Rwandan Government, other Diplomatic Missions, International Organizations, Business Institutions, and other related contacts of the Embassy
• Translation and Interpretation between Kinyarwanda, English, and French
• Researching and producing reports (in English and French) on various subjects related to political and economic issues
• Operational support during important events at the Embassy
• Other work requested by the Embassy

Job Qualifications:
• The diligent, hardworking, reliable, well-organized, punctual and accurate person who is willing to work with enthusiasm
• University Graduate (holder of Bachelor’s degree)
• Fluent in verbal and written English, Kinyarwanda and French (preference to those who hold qualifications)
• Should be able to work skillfully with a computer including MS Office and Internet Searching (preference to those who hold qualifications)
• Those with related work experience will be given preference
