To ensure that our products get the market penetration they deserve, we wish to broaden our communication channels with all stakeholders. This is where you come in. You’ll manage inbound leads and public relations and be the point of contact for the new countries we work with.
Your role
Our sales team at Savics combines deep product and industry knowledge and is focused on bringing our software to a global level. We believe every country’s Ministry of Health can benefit from our software and should know about it. You’ll be the one helping us achieve this vision.
As a “Sales representative” you’ll manage inbound leads and be the first point of contact for new clients. You’ll be the one responsible for the organization and monitoring of the full sales cycle. Day to day, you will connect with existing and potential clients, communicate our products to a broad range of audiences through the diverse medium of communication and break down barriers in the market by traveling and presenting our products in the country of the potential clients.
Responsibilities
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and build relationships with new and potential clients
• Contact potential clients through various mediums including cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings
• Manage inbound leads and outbound campaigns—and serve as the primary point of contact for new customers
• Understand product offerings and client needs to offer the best solutions and the highest level of support
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
• Work with the development team to integrate customer and product feedback
• Enhance awareness in the targeted business community of Savics and our products/services
• Manage and maintain data quality of opportunities within our customer database
• Provide onboarding support and customer service to new and existing clients, large and small
Requirements
• Master or bachelor’s degree in business
• +3 years’ experience in sales
• You are comfortable with traveling for prospection
• Your English and your French are excellent, it is a plus if you speak Spanish
Qualifications
• You believe in our values which are explained in our manifesto

• You love to travel and meet people in they own environment
• You are highly independent and motivated to get things done
• You have proven experience in sales, and you know what it takes to get business in the door
• You have an experience in public relations with developing countries
• You have experience explaining technical products to customers
• You are excited to work in a high-growth environment and to help build processes and tools as needed
• You love learning and applying your learnings to your work
• You are moved by global healthcare challenges
Preferred qualifications
• You have an experience with government health institutions (Africa and Asia especially)
• Ability and willingness to learn new technologies
• You have a relevant experience in the health sector
