JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a Rural Retail Systems supervisor with experience in data and people management, and processes execution. You will oversee the implementation of Rural Retail Systems operations in the Partner-Shops project. This work will help the team to get the information they need to do their job, keep a good relationship with our partners, and excellently serve our farmers. Partner-shops is a fast-growing project which creates diverse learning and career development opportunities for its members. .

You will:
• Lead/oversee the implementation of our data collection and data entry processes.
• Ensure that we have complete and accurate data for partnership balance payment calculations.
• Coordinate with the Execution team to ensure that our casuals are being paid.
• Handle requests for additional information required by the Field Team to conduct their operations.
• Support the Field Team to troubleshoot their tech tools basic issues.
You will report directly to the Rural Retail Systems Coordinator and manage 2-3 data entry officers.

• Experience working with project’s main partners.
