FXB Rwanda is Rwandan Local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), whose mission to address the root causes of poverty as a means of securing children’s rights to survive, grow and develop and strives to be a catalyst for long-lasting positive change in low-and moderate-income among vulnerable families affected/infected by HIV/AIDS by supporting them to improve their social, economic and environmental conditions. 

FXB Rwanda would like to invite interested and qualified companies/ individuals to submit their bid documents for supplying the below listed items to FXB Rwanda.

The above items will be delivered on 4 following sites

• S Ruyenzi located in Kamonyi district, Runda sector, Ruyenzi cell, Rubumba village around ½ km from main road Kigali Muhanga
• P Rugogwe, located in Kamonyi district, Runda sector, Kabagesera Cell, Rugogwe village, around 1km from Nkoto
• S Rukaragata located in Kamonyi District, Runda sector, Gihara Cell, Rukaragata Village 6km from Ruyenzi through Gihara
• P Gacurabwenge Protestante located in Kamonyi district, Gacurabwenge sector, Gihira Cell, around 6 km from Kamonyi center-Remera Rukoma. 

The bidder shall submit the following documents:

1. Price schedule/quotations detailing prices that include and without VAT
2. Copy of the incorporation certificate;
3. Valid Tax clearance certificate from Rwanda Revenue Authority
4. Copy of clearance certificate from Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB) 

The bid documents in a sealed envelope, shall be submitted to FXB Rwanda coordination office located at Kamonyi District, Runda Sector, Ruyenzi cell, Rubumba Village, no later than Tuesday July 18^th, 2023

Note:

• FXB has the right to cancel the tender in case the bidders’ prices are not consistent with market prices;
• Water Tank with capacity of 10,000 Liters branded “AFRITANK” will be delivered at each site
• Please make sure you include your email address as it will be used in giving feedback on your application. Suppliers with no email address will not receive any feedback.
