REQUEST FOR THE SUPPLY OF DOLLS TO BE USED DURING THE FACILITATION OF GROUP EDUCATIONS BY THE COMMUNITY HEALTH WORKERS IN BURERA DISTRICT 

RWAMREC would like to request interested bidders’ quotations for the supply of dolls to be used during the facilitations of group discussions by the community Health Workers in Burera District.

1. Specifications of the needed dolls 

• Quantity of needed dolls: 573
• 287 of male dolls and 286 of female dolls
• Dolls should be made in African cloth fabric (Kitenge) 

Male dolls:

• Heights :54 cm
• Weight:1.30 Kg
• Clothes: African Fabrics
• Face and hands: brown pope line
• Hair and noise: Black thread polyesters
• Eyes and mouth: White thread (Polyester) 

Female dolls

• Height:54cm
• Weight:1.30 Kg
• Clothes: African Fabrics
• Face and hands: brown pope line
• Hair and noise: Black thread polyesters
• Eyes: White thread (Polyester)
• Mouth: Red thread (Polyester)

II. DELIVERY PERIOD 

The supply of dolls must be done not later than thirty (30) days after receiving the purchase order from RWAMREC. 

III. AWARD CRITERIA 

The RWAMREC shall award the tender to the bidder whose offer has been determined to be the lowest evaluated quotations and that is substantially responsive to the invitation letter, provided further that the bidder is determined to be qualified to perform the Contract satisfactorily within the period specified above 

IV. PROCEDURE FOR APPLICATION 

Interested bidders are required to submit their offers not later than 2^nd November 2023 at 17:00 pm local time.
