Urwego Bank PLC (herein referred to as the bank) hereby invites interested professional companies to submit their financial proposal for construction and partitioning at Urwego Bank : GICUMBI credit Office.

• All the quotations should be submitted in sealed envelopes with the following mentions: “RFQ 2022/08/LOG/009 for construction and partitioning at Urwego Bank Head Office, and submitted to the bank’s reception at its head office located at , Plot 428, KG5 RD, UMUYENZI PLAZA, Remera Sector,Gasabo, Tel. +250 788173100, Website: urwegobank.com;
• Prospective bidders should prepare their quotations based on attached bills of quantity
• Prospective bidders may make field visit any time between August 3rd to August 15th, 2022.
• The bidder / company is requested to mention his address too in the corner side of the same envelope
• The quotations received, and acknowledged at the HO, will be opened and analyzed for selection by the Bank Tender Committee Members who will thereafter inform each bidder of the selection decision.
• The quotations should include following documents : VAT registration Certificate, a valid Trading license/incorporation certificate (Registre de Commerce) and 3 completion certificates
• Note 1: The bidder should be in the field tying with this present tender as per RDB registration certificate with experience of three years atleast.
• Note 2 : On attachement you will finf BOQ and scope of work ro be done
• The awarded company will be ready to start works immediately after reciving the tender notification and will be paid all amount after completion of work.
• Deadline for submission is on Tuesday 16th August , 2022 at 3:00 PM.
Venue for submission: kindly remit your sealed bids quoting tender reference no, name of your company, and address to the following address: Reception of Urwego, KG 5 RD, Rukiri-Remera-Gasabo- Umuyenzi Plaza.
