Urwego Bank PLC (herein referred to as the Bank) hereby invites interested building companies to submit their proposals for building an archive room located in Rwamagana District-Kigabiro Sector.

(i) Specification of hangar
The bank would like to build an archive room at Kigabiro Sector with the following details:
• The room will be built using stones and cement in house foundation
• Walls will be built by Concreate bricks (blocks cement)
• Roof is ordinary sheet and timbers (4 transparent sheets will be required) and ceiling of triplex
• Metallic 3 windows 120x100
• 1 Door 190x200 (composed double doors)
• Concreate pavement and other finishing actives include painting
• Water management from the roof should be respected (canalization with PVC tube 110mm and related accessories ).

NB: The final size and other details of the proposed room will be confirmed on the site visit day which is planned 6th May 2022
(ii) Administrative documents
o Certificate of incorporation issued by RDB showing that the prospective bidder in building domain. Bids which are not in building domain would be rejected.
o VAT certificate and latest CIT
o Valid Tax clearance
• Deadline for submission: Friday 13th May 2022 at 3:00 PM

Note: Venue for submission: All the quotations should be submitted in sealed envelopes with the following mentions: “RFQ 2022/04/FIN/Log/007 for construction and building at Urwego Bank Head Office, and submitted to the bank’s reception at its head office located at , Plot 428, KG5 RD, UMUYENZI PLAZA, Remera Sector,Gasabo, Tel. +250 788173100, Website: www.urwegobank.com ;
• Prospective bidders should prepare their quotations based on attached bills of quantity and architectural design.
