REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TRAINING OF USERS OF LUGGAGE SCANNER

King Faisal Hospital Rwanda (KFH, R) intends to acquire a luggage scanner for security use, and now invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit their quotations for the supply and installation of one (1) luggage scanner to King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda.

1. Technical specifications to this request may be obtained from the attachment herewith.
2. Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or firms interested in this request
3. Enquiries and submission regarding this request for quotation may be addressed by email to the procurement Office at King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda at procurement@kfhkigali.com and copy to richard.uwimana@kfhkigali.com;
4. Quotations pertaining to this request must be submitted to the below procurement email, no later than 2:00 pm local time on May 30^th, 2023. Late quotations will be declined.
5. Financial quotations should be accompanied with;

Certificate of domestic incorporation for the supplier issued by RDB

Catalog of the proposed and delivery period

The offer should include after-sales services and training for the end users

The title of the email should clearly indicate the tender name/title corresponding to this request for quotation
