TITLE OF TENDER: Re-Adverting of OFFICE PARTITIONING In Lots (Lot 1: Fit out Works Lot2: HVAC, Lot 3: Security systems lot: 4 ICT DATA AND Electrical installation.)

The OLD MUTUAL INSURANCE RWANDA PLC (OMIR) intends to use a portion of funds from the allocated budget for the provision of office partitioning service. 

The OLD MUTUAL INSURANCE RWANDA PLC (OMIR) now invites eligible companies to indicate their interest for providing these services. Interested bidders must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (Profile of the firm, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among key staff, etc.). no joint venture is allowed, and the bidders is allowed to bid for more than one lots. 

The interested bidder will pay none-refundable fees of 15,000 Rwf for the below bank address,

The site visit will be 24th November 2023 at 7floor Grand Pension Plaza in the evening at 4hooPM UP 5hooPM all bidders will visit the space on same time. 

The proposal will be submitted to OLD MUTUAL INSURANCE RWANDA PLC head office (Grand Pension Plaza 7th Floor On the reception desk) in Sealed Envelopes. 

The deadline for submission is not later than 29Th November 2023 9h 00 AM. Late offer will not be accepted.

The interested bidder will receive the bill of quantities up on the request to old mutual email for preparation the financial proposal ( ProcurementRW@oldmutual.rw) 

N.B.: Submission of quotation via email or any other electronic way will not accept only hard copies shall be considered.
