TITLE: Request for quotation for painting and renovation of Urwego Bank  PLC Branches  

Urwego Bank PLC hereby invites interested professional companies to submit their financial proposal for renovation and painting all Urwego Bank branches and credit offices  as per the list on attachment.

 Please note also the following:

• All the quotations should be submitted in sealed envelopes with the following mentions: “RFQ-2023/08//Op/Log/018 of painting and renovation of Urwego Bank PLC , and submitted  to the bank’s reception at its head office located at , Plot 428, KN5 RD, UMUYENZI PLAZA, Remera Sector,Gasabo, Tel. +250 788173100,  Website: urwegobank.com;
• The bidder / company is requested to mention his address too in  the corner  side of the same envelope
• The quotations received, and acknowledged at the HO, will be opened and analyzed for selection by the Bank Tender Committee Members who will thereafter inform the best and qualified bidder
• The quotations should include the tax clearance certificate issued by RRA, RDB registration certificate or other documents which can proof the competency and ability in renovation and painting, or for construction, partitioning as per this tender purpose.
• The selected company will be paid after finishing and assign completion report for confirmation on bank side and acceptance of the work
• Activity of painting and renovation will be done only when there is an authorization and the purchase order from logistics unit or from head office
