Documents required
- RDB Company registration certificate.
- Valid RRA Tax clearance Certificate
- Valid RSSB clearance certificate
- VAT registration certificate
- E-filling acknowledgement receipt for year ended 31st, December 2022
- 3 references from reputable organizations/institutions that have contracted the bidding company. (The bidders should attach 3 certificates of completion of previous tenders and their respective contracts.)
Quotations will be submitted to the International Alert by e-mail to Rwanda@international-alert.org not later than 10/12/2023 @5pm. Any late submission will not be considered.
