The University of Global Health Equity (UGHE) is on a mission to radically change how health care is delivered worldwide. UGHE is a university based in Rwanda that builds the next generation of global health professionals-doctors, nurses, researchers, and public health and policy experts-into leaders and change-makers who strive to deliver more equitable, quality health services.

The University of Global Health Equity (UGHE) has been committed to maintaining high academic standards and continually updating its operations to match global best practices. To enhance our academic administrative efficiency, we are seeking a short-term consultant to review, update, and develop our academic policies, and to establish a comprehensive and user-friendly policy database.
