BPR Bank Rwanda Plc wishes to invite interested reputable and experienced companies to Provide an end-to-end Electronic Queue Management System (EQMS) to BPR Bank Rwanda Plc. This RFP is offered on an open tender basis.

TENDER N° 20/DECEMBER/2023/BPR/PRC: Request for Proposal to Provide an end-to-end Electronic Queue Management System (EQMS) Interested and eligible Companies are invited to submit their Technical and Financial bids in well-sealed envelopes to BPR Bank Plc Headquarters not later than Wednesday, 3rd January 2024 at 3:00 PM, addressed to the Procurement Manager. The bids successfully submitted will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on the same day at 3:30 PM local time in BPR Bank Rwanda Plc Head Office Building, Floor 9. Please note that late Bids will not be accepted.

Bidding Documents can be obtained from BPR Bank Rwanda Plc Head Office on the 9th Floor in Procurement Office during working hours, starting from 22nd December 2023, 9:00 AM to 5:00PM after depositing a non-refundable fee of Rwf 20,000 deposited on a BPR Bank Rwanda Plc. A/C No. 400378672710199.
