Tender Tittle: Request for proposal for (RFP) Provision of IT Engineers’ services making Digital Initiatives

Tender Number: 168WB/01/2023-2024 

RwandAir (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) has got funded form its ordinary budget and intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

RwandAir invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the provision of IT Engineers’ Services of making Digital Initiatives as indicated in detail in the Terms of Reference. 

All bids shall be accompanied by “Bid Security” equivalent to RWF 1,500,000.

Well-prepared bids, stamped, signed must reach the office of Procurement RwandAir at not later than February 7, 2024.  Late bids will be rejected and will not be considered for evaluation.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on February 7, 2024 at 10:00 Local time or 8:00 GMT in RwandAir Boardroom.

Bidding process will be conducted in accordance with the RwandAir procurement Policy and Procedure manual as amended to date.
