Submission Procedure
Your offer comprising of both technical proposal for method of provision of trainings, as well as the financial proposal. The Bid documents must be submitted by email to rw.procurement@wearealight.org and addressed to The Chairperson, ALIGHT Rwanda Tender Committee not later than April 8th, 2022 at 3:00 pm. Responses after the official deadline shall not be accepted.
