BACKGROUND:

BPR Bank Rwanda Plc (hereinafter referred to as "the Bank") is a licensed financial services operator in Rwanda, and is a member of the KCB Group, a leading Financial services company in the East African region renowned for its diversity and growth.

BPR Bank Rwanda Plc would like to invite bid proposals from experienced and competent companies for Disposal off the Bank Used Vehicles. This RFP is offered on an open competitive tendering process.

TENDER N° 25/OCTOBER/2024/BPR/PRC: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR DISPOSAL OFF THE BANK USED VEHICLES

Interested and eligible Companies are invited to submit their Technical and Financial bids in well-sealed envelopes to BPR Bank Headquarters not later than Monday, 4th November 2024 at 3:00PM, addressed to the Senior Manager, Procurement. The bids successfully submitted will be opened in the presence of all bidders or their representatives on the same day at 3:30PM local time in BPR PLC Head Office Building, Floor 9. Please note that late Bids will not be accepted.

Bidding Documents can be obtained from BPR PLC Headquarters during working hours starting from 29th November 2024, 9:00 AM to 5:00PM after depositing a non- refundable fee of Rwf 10,000 on a BPR Bank Rwanda PLC. A/C No. 400378672710199.
