Request for Expression of Interest(EOI) for Prequalification of Construction Companies Services for 2023

ActionAid Rwanda is a National Organization and an Affiliate Member of the ActionAid Global Federation. It has mission of working with people living in poverty with a focus on women and girls to eradicate poverty and injustice.
ActionAid Rwanda is inviting the qualified firm or company to provide the service of construction works, the interested firm or company should submit their proposals for CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES OF ACTIONAID IN 2023.
The purpose of this Request for Expression of Interest is to short list legally registered service providers for Construction works, with pre‐requisite qualifications to be considered for contractual purposes to handle the full range of construction works for the ActionAid Rwanda activities needs in Rwanda in 2023.

The expression of interests should reflect the documentation as per the example below:
“EOI for CONSTRUCTION CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES FOR ACTIONAID RWANDA IN 2023)” Company profile; trade license in the field, VAT Registration and Tax Clearance Certificate; The original or a copy of the certificate notified of non-royalty of the Social Security Fund of Rwanda(RSSB), still valid, proof of experience and Evidence of financial capabilities.

Well prepared bids written in English in sealed envelope and presented in 2 copies one of which is original headed by the letter addresses to the Executive Director of ActionAid Rwanda must be submitted to ActionAid Rwanda Head offices at Remera, KG 178 ST, Near Amahoro National Stadium next to RSSB/CSS Building not later than Friday, 04/11/2022 at 11:30 am. Late bids will be rejected.

1 Company profile Profit and accounts for past 4 years. List of current projects giving values, size and expected completion date.
List and CV of Senior Management. List of equipment owned by the company
2 The original or a copy of the certificate notified of non-tax debt, still valid (RRA) Balance Sheets for the period of the past 4 years. List of completed projects for the past 4 years with Certificate of good completion,
with values, size and completion dates of the projects The organizational chart of the company List of vehicles and machines owned by the company for the implementation construction activities
3 The original or a copy of the certificate notified of non-royalty of the Social Security Fund of Rwanda (RSSB), still valid,
Bank reference with commitment to provide a credit line. Methodology of construction works for the small scale level. List and CV of technical personnel used by the firm List of construction materials in stock if any
4 A copy of the certificate of registration to VAT Certificate of non-deficit.
