Request For Expression Of Interest (Eoi)
Established in 1995, Intersec Security Company (ISCO Ltd) is the leading provider of private security services and proud to be among the largest employers in Rwanda private sector with a workforce of about 7,000 employees. ISCO provides forward thinking solutions that are continuously streamlined and digitized for efficient and timely operational standards; with a vision “To be the preferred security provider in the region with the most reliable security services”.
ISCO wishes to sign a framework contract with an interested bidder that specialized in the following item.
Courier services
The Service Provider shall perform the following service:
• To collect and distribute all Invoices once in a month if necessary and come back with other reports from all 30 districts.
• To collect and distribute all ISCO letters and other couriers in all ministries, institutions, provinces, City of Kigali, districts offices and Sectors offices.
• To keep the confidentiality of ISCO Security documents.
• Ensure efficiency and timely follow up for consignments until destination and reliably communicate to ISCO.

NB: The delivery times for the difficult and remote destinations should be indicated case bycase by the bidders.
• The hand pick up will be accompanied by proof of delivery for all deliveries done at Kigali and upcountry which must be signed by the receiver and returned to ISCO.

Administrative Requirements on Ordinary uniforms
1. Copy of RDB Certificate (Certificate of Domestic Company Registration)
2. Valid tax clearance
3. Valid corporate income tax
4. 3 completion certificates from previous customers/ Contracts

Important Information
• Bidders are allowed to quote for all Lots or 1 Lot
• The successful bidder will be given 2-years framework contract
• Quotation for uniforms, rain jackets, shits, T-shits and uniform belts should come with samples

Submission of bids:
• Bids should be submitted at ISCO Reception not later than 18/8/2022 at 10:00am.
• Bids will be opened in public on 18/8/2022 at 10:10am.
