Important Information
1. The prices will be fixed for the period of 9 Months unless for the case of force Majeur.
2. The price should include all taxes
3. Being authorized dealer will be added advantage
4. The ITC will carry out appraisal at every quarter to track the performance of each contracted Service provider.

The interested bidders should submit their financial proposals together with the following documents.
• Registration certificate (RDB Corticate)
• Company profile
• Valid RRA Tax clearance and Corporate Income Tax (CIT)
• Copy RSSB Contribution clearance certificate
• Copy of 3 completion certificates/Contract from similar work from your previous customers
• Dealership certificate if any

Submission Procedure
The interested bidders should submit their financial proposals together with the following documents.
• Registration certificate (RDB Corticate)
• Company profile
• Valid RRA Tax clearance and Corporate Income Tax (CIT)
• Copy of RSSB Contribution clearance certificate for your employees
• Copy of insurance cover
• Copy of 3 completion certificates/Contract from similar services from your previous customers
The sealed envelope should be submitted at ISCO reception located at Gikondo-Reganwa1 not later than 2nd August 2022 at 10:00am
The bids will be opened on same date at 10:10am in presence of the bidders
After deadline no bids will be allowed.
