ISCO wishes to sign a framework contract with an interested bidder that specialized in the following items.
Carwash Services:

Amarok L/Cruiser Toyota Hiace POLO Mitsubish Motorcycle
1 Simple/Regular wash using water pressure & soap
2 Full body & engine wash using water pressure

Important Information
1. The prices will be fixed for the period of 9 Months unless for the case of force Majeur.
2. The price should include all taxes
3. The ITC will carry out appraisal at every quarter to track the performance of each contracted Service provider.
4. The bay should have enough space which can accommodate at least minimum of 20 vehicles with modern washing equipment example Pressure washer
5. The bidders will be visited to analyse the carwash capacity
6. The distance to cover should be less than 7 km from ISCO Head office
Submission Procedure
The interested bidders should submit their financial proposals together with the following documents.
• Registration certificate (RDB Corticate)
• Company profile
• Valid RRA Tax clearance and Corporate Income Tax (CIT)
• Copy of RSSB Contribution clearance certificate for your employees
• Copy of insurance cover
• Copy of 3 completion certificates/Contract from similar services from your previous customers

The sealed envelope should be submitted at ISCO reception located at Gikondo-Reganwa1 not later than 2nd August 2022 at 10:00am
The bids will be opened on same date at 10:10am in presence of the bidders
After deadline no bids will be allowed.
