The consultants shall submit the following documents in their technical proposals:     

• Copy of company registration certificate
• Certificate of tax clearance by RRA
• Certificate of clearance by RSSB
• Certificate of VAT Registration
• Valid ICPAR Membership certificate;
• The copy of approval as a professional firm qualified to certify the financial statements

Criteria, and point system for the evaluation of Full Technical Proposals are as below (see also details in ToR point 6)

1. Firms experience of auditing group of companies: 40 points;
2. Key personnel experience and qualification: 40 points

• Team leader experience and qualification;15 points
• Audit manager experience in the same capacity;15 points
• Team members experience in the similar field: 10 points

      3.  Quality of Methodology: 10 Points

      4.  Time line: 10 Points   

Total points for the four criteria:100%                                                                       

The minimum technical score  required to pass is : 80%
