Through playing sports and games, Right To Play helps over one million children learn through play to create better futures, while driving lasting social change in more than 20 countries. Right to Play Rwanda has its main office in Kigali city, and field offices in Bugesera, Kayonza, Rubavu and Ruhango districts.

RIGHT TO PLAY is inviting companies registered in Rwanda to submit their expression of interest for the provision of the following goods and services for 2021 -2022. The following services are to be provided to Right To Play offices in Kigali, Bugesera, Kayonza, Rubavu and Ruhango

1. Office Cleaning services
2. Security Services
3. IT Support services
4. Fuel supply for 5 vehicles
5. Office supplies and Stationaries
6. Kitchen and office consumables supplies (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, etc)
7. Office hygiene products (masks, hand sanitizers, gloves)
8. Printing and copying services
9. Production of posters and banners
10. Vehicle and motorcycles maintenance and repair
11. Hotel accommodation, conference package services

The above services and goods will be subject to annual agreement for the selected bidders. Companies interested to supply the above services should send their expression of interest in sealed envelopes stating the following: “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST TO SUPPLY …….TO RTP FOR 2021/2022”. Expression of interest must indicate the choice of location for the provision of services (Companies can send their interest to supply all locations or a selected location based on their own location and capacity to supply)

Interested companies must attach the following required documents

• Name of company, phone number, physical and email addresses, name of owner or authorized person
• RDB Registration Certificate
• VAT Registration Certificate
• Valid tax clearance certificate
• RSSB clearance certificate
• Most updated CIT declaration (2020) and proof of EBM use
• Company profile
• References from former or current clients for the past 2 years

Right to Play reserves the right to choose/select multiple suppliers depending on location.

Expression of interest must be submitted in sealed envelopes containing one original copy and two copies with all above documents, marked: “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROVISION OF (State services to provide) FOR RIGHT TO PLAY RWANDA” to RTP Kigali office KN 16 No 17 Kiyovu, Nyarugenge. Emails are not permitted

Pre-selected bidders will receive terms of reference and will be invited to send their financial offers. NO FINANCIAL OFFER WILL BE SENT AT THIS STAGE

1. Expression of interest must be written in English – other languages will not be accepted and will be subject to rejection.
2. Any incomplete offer will be subject to immediate rejection
