The Kigali Convention Centre (KCC) is adjacent to the Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Centre. KCC has a net floor area of 32,200 square meters, and the building contains facilities for business, leisure and events. Our meeting rooms are fully equipped with the latest technology and AV equipment for a successful event. There is a total of 18 versatile meeting spaces, including a state-of-the-art auditorium that can hold up to 2,600 guests for weddings or professional business meetings.

PURPOSE

Radisson Blu & Kigali Convention Center Ltd (KCC) is inviting interested parties for rental of commercial space at KCC. The purpose of this REOI is to short-list legally registered bidders with pre-requisite qualifications to be considered for contractual purposes. Rental of commercial space at KCC with “BUY MADE IN RWANDA” concept.

DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED FOR REOI

• Letter of interest,
• Certificate of Site visit
• Company profile,
• Valid trading license,
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate,
• RSSB clearance certificate
• CIT Certificate (Most recent)
• Strategic Design and Plan for use of the space based on KCC concept requirements.

• Language: only bids submitted in English will be accepted
• Deadlines (submissions received after these dates will not be considered):
  • Final bids must be submitted before 5pm on September 14^th, 2023
• Awarding of contract: The most competitive bids will be shortlisted, and the respective bidders will be invited to defend their proposals. Unsuccessful bidders will be informed of the outcome

Important Notice: Radisson Blu & Kigali Convention Center Ltd (KCC) reserves the right to cancel any and all REOI not fulfilling requirements associated with this request at any time during the REOI or solicitation process. Radisson Blu & Kigali Convention Center Ltd (KCC) will in no case be held responsible or liable for any cost incurred while preparing and submitting proposals. Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.

Please note the bid documents must be in PDF format, signed & stamped and should not exceed 15 mb in size to avoid rejection by our email server. If the size of the documents exceeds 15 mb can be submitted physically to Radisson Hotel & KCC reception.
