CLIENTS: GAHINI HOSPITAL/GRC
GAHINI Hospital hereby invites all interested bidders to provide their bids or Quotations to the tender of works for renovation of Gahini hospital department of Gahini Rehabilitation center . Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all eligible persons and companies specialized in the required field with the following valid documents:
1. A domestic company registration certificate issued by RDB related to this tender
2. A certificate of RSSB
3. A certificate of tax clearance
4. VAT certificate
5. A certificate of non- bankruptcy issued by RDB
6. A bid security of 500,000 rwf issued by bank of insurance company
7. Proof of payment of tender document of 10,000frw
8. Credit line of 5,000,000 Rwf five million with its valid contract
9. List of required equipment with proof of possession or valid agreement
10. Bill of quantities
11. Field/site visit certificate.

This tender consists of one indivisible lot.
Tender Document may be obtained from the Gahini Hospital/GRC through jobinrwanda website with the non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000FRW) of tender document deposited to the account number 10006974217 Gahini Hospital / rehabilitation department opened in Bank of Kigali.
The interested bidders should send their quotation cost at Gahini Hospital secretariat or Email: hopitagah@gmail.com / gahini.hospital@moh.gov.rw or sealed document at Gahini hospital/GRC secreteriat not later than Monday, 13th Febraury 2023 at 5:00PM.
The interested bidder must attend field visit at place where the work will be done on 10th/ 2/2023 at 9 :00AM at GAHINI HOSPITAL (Gahini rehabilitation department).
The opening of the bids will take place at Gahini hospital and all bidders will be communicated the opening day and results after evaluation.
NB: Attached is detailed works to be done during building renovation and it is the reference of bidders to provide their quotations.
