We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Regional HR Manager to join our Global HR team by overseeing and managing HR tasks in our local offices on the African continent.
As the Regional HR Manager, you follow and develop the people strategy in the continent. You support the region’s journey through our organization’s growth, including the future HR way of working.
In collaboration with the global HR team and local team leads you secure in the region the main HR focus areas: talent acquisition, talent management, development, total rewards, employee relations, people insights, and planning. You have end-to-end responsibility of securing the Employee Lifecycle in line with overarching HR strategies, policies, and guidelines.
The role of the regional team is to support and empower our teams within the continent in the best way enabling more local ownership. The regional team will set the people strategy with global HR and take full ownership of their continent.

What would be Your main responsibilities:
• Partner with Global HR Manager to review and apply human resource and administrative policies and procedures in the continent and ensure that they are effective, efficient, fair, and transparent, and promote equal opportunities.
• Work closely with Regional HR Assistant and country Office Managers to ensure Employee Handbook and HRIS are localized and valid in the country and interpret and apply the Local law and HR policies.
• Design and implement the company's HR policies to achieve business goals.
• Stay up-to-date on employment legislations per jurisdiction and enforce them within the company.
• Identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee engagement.
• Support and promote the company's reputation and employer branding as the "best place to work.”
• Conduct regular field travel to country offices to review human resources and administrative procedures.
What do we expect from You to have
• Strong knowledge and experience with local national HR practices and experience working with and/or in the continents.
• Proven 3+ years of previous experience in a senior human resources role preferably in the customer support, and service sector.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to communicate well within and across diverse groups and perspectives.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations per jurisdiction.
• Proficient with HR and talent management systems.
