Recruitment of a Training Provider for Project Management Training and Certification at King Faisal Hospital Rwanda Date of Issue: Wednesday, April 12, 2023
Deadline for Submission: Monday, April 24, 2023
As Rwanda continues to implement the National Strategy for Health Professions Development 2020-2030, one of the interventions to ensure that a sufficient number of health professionals are equipped with highly needed specialized skills includes training opportunities at high volume centers abroad. The training needs fall across health professionals, including doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals needed to support the rapid expansion of specialized medical service provision in Rwanda. Furthermore, King Faisal Hospital Rwanda (KFH) is working on a massive expansion plan over the next five years to increase the availability of highly specialized medical services, reduce medical referrals abroad, and to promote medical tourism. In line with this and its comprehensive training plan, equipping its staff with the project management skills to come alongside this expansion plan is critical.
In this regard, King Faisal Hospital Rwanda Foundation (KFHRF), in collaboration with King Faisal Hospital Rwanda as its beneficiary, is seeking the services of an Authorized Training Partner (ATP) by the Project Management Institute to train its staff and register them for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
