UNDP Rwanda is looking to recruit an Individual Lead Consultant to draft Evidence-based Final Narrative Report of the Integrated National Financing Framework (INFF). The main objective of the Lead Consultant with support of an Assistant Consultant will prepare the final report under the guidance of UNDP and with regular consultations with UNICEF, MINECOFIN and UNRCO.
