JOB DETAILS:
UNIVERSITY TEACHING HOSPITAL OF KIGALI .
Job Responsibilities:
• Know how to price, spec, and purchase or lease vehicle spare parts,
• Read an invoice, and the distribution network from order to delivery,
• Understand vehicle systems and technology and authorize repairs,
• Create and establish fleet policies and procedures,
• Establish a fleet budget, both expense and capital,
• Manage, assign, and track use of pool vehicles as required,
• Report fleet expense performance regularly to management,
• Oversee proper use of fuel cards,
• Oversee the deployment of vehicles;
• Maintain daily inspections,
• Obtain and maintain annual inspections,
• Maintain the parts inventory
• Schedule and manage vacations, sick days and tardiness
• Maintain, log and account for fuel and oil storage tanks,
• Conduct safety meetings,
• Develop, maintain and adhere to disciplinary procedures, driver orientation program
• Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate line Manager.
• Submit monthly, quarterly and annually report to the supervisor.
