1. Bella flowers ltd (hereinafter called ‘’client”) has received funds from National Agricultural Export Board (NAEB) and intends to allocate part of it towards the cost for Design and implementation of drainage system and civil works. for Phase IV at Gishali-Rwamagana Lot2. Bella flowers Ltd invites eligible and qualified companies to submit their bids as indicated in detailed in Request for Proposal (RFP)
2. Tender Documents with clear terms of reference and instruction to bidders shall be obtained from Bella flowers Ltd head office at Gishali-Rwamagana-Rwanda in procurement office on 28th January 2022 upon presentation of proof of payment of a none refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs (20,000 FRW) on account No 593412329210356 opened in BPR. The company that has purchased the tender documents before cancellation will get free copy without pay.
3. Interested bidders shall carry out compulsory site visit on 07 Feb 2022 at 10:30am local time/08:30 am GMT from Gishali Flower Park-Rwamagana.

Submission Procedure
4. The bidders shall fully bear the cost and the risk of carrying out the site visit. Meeting point is Gishali Flower Park Rwamagana District in the Eastern province. Any enquiries regarding to this tender may be addressed to Procurement Manager of Bella Flowers Ltd on Email address: procurement@bellaflowers.rw.
5. Well-printed bids, properly bound, sealed in envelopes, and presented in four copies one of which is the original must reach the Procurement office of Bella Flowers Ltd not later than 17thFebuary 2022 at 10.00 am prompt (local time) or 8:00am GMT. Late bids will be rejected.
6. The opening of bids will take place on the same day 10.30 a.m. prompt (local time) or 8:30 am GMT at Bella Flowers Ltd head office, Gishali-Rwamagana.
7. Bids shall be companied by bid security equals to Seven Million Four Hundred Thirty-Eight Thousand Seventy-One Point Two Rwandan Francs (Rfw7,438,071.2)
8. Bidding process will be conducted in accordance with the Bella Flowers procurement policy.
