1. Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Tender For Supply Of Different Office Furnitures For Eucl

Submission Procedure
2. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) in accordance
with the Procurement Procedures Manual of REG EUCL 3. The Bidding Document may be obtained by interested bidders for any working days from 14/03/2022, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at EUCL-REG Headquarters, 1 Floor, Room No G114, in the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management of EUCL, PO Box 5634 Kigali, Eraumuriza eucl.reg.rw or rmutingieucl.rea.rw upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable amount of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 Frw). This payment shall be made to Account 25044962001/RWF opened at I & M Bank, Rwanda and to the account N 00040-00691030-35 (USD) opened at Bank of Kigali (BK) with Code IBAN: RW 40000400069103035003.

4. Bids must be delivered to the address below before or not later than 10:00am local time on
14/04/2022. Electronie bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected and returned
unopened.
5. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security of Five Million Rwandan francs (Frw
5,000,000) issued by a reputable bank or any other financial institution with the validity
period of One Hundred Fifty (150) days from the opening date of bids

6. Bids will be opened in a public session and in the presence of the bidders' representatives
who choose to attend in person in the conference room at EUCL Headquarter Offices at 10:30 am local time on the same day.
7. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in four copies one of which is theoriginal must reach the Secretariat of the Procurement Management at the address mentioned below not later than 14/04/2022 at 10:00 am Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened The address referred to above is: Attention: To the Managing Director, EUCL-REG Headquarter Offices 1 Floor, Room N G114, at the Secretariat of the Procurement Management Kigali – Rwanda

8. The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of bids submission
